Adding a '23 SV650 to my growing collection and making security a priority. I'm planning to grab an ABUS Granit Detecto X PLUS 8008 2.0 but I've seen mixed opinions online about whether it actually fits. ABUS says it works but I'd rather be sure before buying. Anyone with a recent SV650 able to confirm

TBH, I'm not sure because the ABUS Granit Detecto XPlus 8008 2.0 (yes I'm writing in full because I had to search it up several times and now I memorized it HAHAHA) isn't in the list of those compatible with Suzuki SV650 on the official Lockfinder tool. I think the SV650 is even TOTALLY crossed out so it isn't gonna fit, most likely. But if you're willing to give it a whirl, maybe do a more intense research than I did. Go check the exact year and model so we can see. Otherwise, eh? For me I can't spend the extra bucks on something unsure.

Ugh, that's a tough pill to swallow about the ABUS Lockfinder tool, esp with the SV650 crossed out. I appreciate you taking the time to dig that deep, it's a real eye opener. I may need to revisit the drawing board on this one.
