Just got myself a Suzuki SV1000 and I'm thrilled as heck. Tho I'm getting a bit overwhelmed by everything I see online, so Im looking for advices and tips on how to stay super safe on the road and some more safety mods that I can install on my bike. Help me out!

Nice to have you here with us. Congratulations on the ride! First things first. Good gear, bright lights, and frame sliders go a long way. And also, you have to add some things for your comfort as well. Or else it's not going to be worth all the hassle. You need to make your bike your safe haven.

to be safe, first, you need a standard helmet and shoes, it's really important. next, always make sure your bike is in good condition when you're about to ride it

Yeah, need to add this. Helmet and shoes are part of the gear I'm talking about. You need a biking jacket too for most situations.

Like many riders, I follow ATGATT (All The Gear, All The Time). My jacket includes a back protector and elbow pads and my motorcycle pants have knee pads for extra protection. Hope this helps!
